Caroline Serton was born in 1966 in Koog a/d Zaan. She was raised in Zaandam. Since 1997 she lives and workes on the island of Texel
Serton's work is part of several business and govenment collecteions, including: ABN - AMRO bank, Academisch Medisch Centrum, Provincie Noord-Holland, Stichting Sanquin Bloedvoorziening.
In 2007 she was selected for the Biennale Internazionale dell'Arte Contemporanea. She received an honorable mention at the lustrum exhibition of Galerie Joghem in 2005.
